Each one-hour session tackled a critical stage of the partner lifecycle — from selecting the right partners, to activating and training them, to sustaining long-term performance.
Session 1: Prime Partner Selection
How to identify, evaluate, and select channel partners who align with your product, market, and growth objectives. Covers partner profiling, qualification criteria, and common selection mistakes that waste time and resources.
Session 2: Motivating and Training Partners
Strategies for onboarding, enabling, and incentivizing partners so they actively sell and support your product. Covers training frameworks, motivation levers, and how to build partner engagement from day one.
Session 3: Optimizing Partners for the Long Run
How to measure, manage, and scale partner performance over time. Covers KPIs, partner health metrics, conflict resolution, and when to expand, restructure, or exit a partnership.
